1. BTMR recommends the application of traditional methods of mole control using traps only.
    
2. Inclusion within the BTMR Directory of Molecatchers is free of charge and is available only to members of BTMR.
    
3. Enquiries and work requests received separately by BTMR will only be passed on to fully accredited members of BTMR.
    
4. Any mole catcher who is listed within the BTMR Directory and who employs other methods of mole control, such as poisons, in connection with offers of work via the BTMR directory will be considered to be in breach of the spirit of membership. In that circumstance, the member's entry might be removed from the BTMR Directory of Molecatchers and their membership of BTMR rescinded.
    
5. Members of BTMR are strongly advised to protect the wellbeing of the general public, their customers, and themselves by being in posession of adequate insurance.
    
6. Only members of BTMR are permitted to display the BTMR logo on their vehicles or use the BTMR logo on their business stationery and promotional material.
    
7. This directory is provided for information only. Whilst BTMR makes every effort to keep the the details published within the practitioners directory accurate and up to date, BTMR cannot guarantee that the information displayed is accurate, thorough and complete.
    
8. You use this directory at your own risk. BTMR accepts no liability for any harm caused by the improper or inappropriate application of mole control techniques by any BTMR member listed within this directory, or for any unexpected or adverse consequences resulting from the activities of any member.
    
9. BTMR does not necessarily agree with or endorse any views expressed or services offered via web sites accessible from this directory.
    
10. BTMR reserves the right to decline to include any entry in the BTMR Directory of Molecatchers, or to remove (or suspend) any existing entry.
